By submitting this statement as funds utilised, REACHD
has requested for
release of second and final instalment for
agricultural assistance to be
distributed to the groups. Now, this has to be checked
in the field whether
the statement submitted is correct or there is any
discrepancy in it.

The time is running fast in the execution of the
project. The reasons cited
by REACHD are so many. First of all, they were wrongly
been advised by
departmental officials to bring changes in the
proposal( pipeline & pump
set ). Secondly, since all the officials were busy
with panchayat elections,
the transformer and poles couldn't be installed on
time. Thirdly, since the
funds was realised very late, the activities were
delayed.
